Do I need a referral?

You do not need a referral to book an appointment, and you are welcome to book your own appointment by using the “Book Appointment” tab. You will be booked through SCHW Janeapp for vestibular services.

*If you are suffering an acute episode of vertigo please call SCHW at (403) 271-1081. We may be able to provide an earlier appointment than indicated on the online schedule

Cost/Insurance

Vestibular Rehabilitation services are delivered by a licensed physiotherapist, and should be covered by your insurance provider under physiotherapy services. Check with your insurance provider.

My medical doctor, lawyer or insurance coordinator would like to refer – how can they do that?

A referral from their office can be emailed to SCHW southcentrehw@shaw.ca or faxed to 403-271-4913
